WheelTug plc
Work is progressing nicely on all fronts. We are testing the M-1 Motor in our facilities which is simply huge news. The hardware from around the world is arriving for the building of the first actual WheelTug that fits in the wheel.
A significant number of airlines are in negotiations for us on several different aircraft types, thousands of individual airplanes.
WheelTug plc is simply a very good business.

Annual Meeting Dates
The annual meetings of the Borealis Family of Companies for Fiscal 2012 have been set for Gibraltar on Tuesday, 26 June 2012. Notices for the meetings and proxies will again be sent out electronically on or before Monday, 04 June 2012 to all shareholders recorded on or before Tuesday, 01 May 2012 unless paper notices and proxies are requested. As usual, the annual reports will be posted on the web pages and voting will be on the web pages.
This is an Olympic year in London so get your tickets now if you are coming to the meetings.

Avto Quantum Transistor plc is being set up in Gibraltar. This company starts life as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avto Metals plc. If our news is as good as it could be, we hope to be privately offering shares to Qualified Investors by February.
